Service Description

Family Constellation is a gentle and unique way of exploring and healing traumas and experiences within the family system. It provides information into generations by highlighting behavioral patterns, emotions and challenges. There is a subconscious undercurrent of energy passed down through the ancestral line. Making the connection between you and an ancestor, whether living or deceased, providing resolution and generational healing. A session lasts approximately 1.5 hours and is done in person. Clients usually report transformed and healed relationships that were once challenging and new found compassion where they once experienced pain or indifference. It is important to know that inner work healing is not a one session cure-all. Because we accumulate unhealthy patterns, limiting beliefs and judgements over a lifetime, it may take several sessions to get to the root and clear the negative energies that block your way to a more peaceful life. If you're experiencing a particularly challenging time in your life or are focusing on clearing specific traumas, a series of sessions may be recommended.
